All orders can only be placed by individual people or organizations, with full legal capacity to engage in a binding contract. You must register with patiencebrand.com.au in-order to purchase online with us.  (Please see our privacy policy for further information on online registration).

Any order placed by you via patiencebrand.com.au is an offer by you to purchase a particular product or service for the price (including the delivery and other charges) specified on www.patiencebrand.com.au at the time you place your order.  Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, an error in your order or a failure in your payment. Your ability to purchase products and services from patiencebrand.com.au may be terminated at any time by Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd without notice.

·         At patiencebrand.com.au (Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd) all online purchases must be paid for prior to shipment of the products; irrespective of the value of the products. 

·         We at patiencebrand.com.au (Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd) accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and payments through PayPal. 

·         Once you have placed your order you will receive email confirmation stating the total amount and cost of your order. This will include shipping and handling. 

·         Upon confirmed receipt of your payment into the Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd bank account your goods will then be shipped to you.

Please take note that as a further precaution to curb credit card fraud all transactions above AUD 500.00 will go through a security verification procedure. This credit card verification procedure is only for all payments used in patiencebrand.com.au on a direct online transaction, a purchase using the PayPal system is not subject to this verification procedure.

When you make a purchase on Patiencebrand.com.au above AUD 500.00, we will initiate the security verification procedure.  During this time, an e-mail will be sent to you to verify the refund amount returned to your credit card. A period of 72 hours is given to all customers for verification purpose.

Currency Used in Patience Online Store

 

All local Australian transaction via patiencebrand.com.au is automatically carried out in Australian dollars. These transactions are processed via ANZ  Bank Australia. All transmission of personal information including your credit card details will be encrypted during on-line data transfer, by using ANZ Bank Australia’s latest encryption technology. All International transactions via patiencebrand.com.au are carried out in Australian dollars, and the transactions are processed through the international banking system and exclude Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. In the event a particular product is sold out Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd reserves the right to either process partial orders or make refunds, or return orders in their entirety. Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd will retain full title to and property in the products you order until payment in full has been confirmed. 

 

Order Notification & Communication

 

Upon receipt of your order, Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd will issue you with an e-mail notification shortly afterwards listing the items ordered, the total product and shipping charges and delivery address. This will not include any customs duties, local taxes or bank fees. This is a confirmation that we have received your order, not a confirmation of acceptance or processing. For items valued more than AUD 500.00 via a credit card payment, Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd will communicate with you via e-mail to determine a genuine customer. A small refund will be made to your credit card account and you must communicate with us as to the refunded  amount was and upon confirmation the order will be processed. Failure to communicate with us within 14 days will result in the order being cancelled. During the cancelation of the order, monies will be refunded after of bank charges incurred. 

Shipping & Handling  

·         Orders are dispatched from Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd during normal Australian business hours.  

·         Orders are not valid until accepted by Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd. 

·         Due to the valuable nature of Patience Brand (Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd)  products, we must be able to leave your parcel with someone at the address you have indicated, unless you have first provided us with special instructions.  

·         A signature will be required upon receipt. 

·         Products will be deemed to have been received by you if accepted by a person at your nominated delivery address, or if your special instructions are complied with.  

·         Insurance applies only until the order is delivered to your nominated address.

·         Shipping details must include a street address and daytime telephone number.  

·         Your order cannot be dispatched if these details are missing. Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit quantities and may discontinue accepting orders at any time.  Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd reserves the right to accept or reject orders in any combination or option(s) it determines to be in its best interest. 

Australian Delivery  

Packages shipped within Australian destinations delivered by parcel courier, subject to stock availability. All orders placed within Australia, and or for delivery within Australia, will include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

Packages shipped using Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd's international option usually arrive within 20 days. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country or other overseas authority once a shipment reaches your country, which are not included in our prices. You may also be required to pay additional charges for customs clearance.  You should contact your local customs office for further information on applicable duties, taxes, restrictions, and fees. 

 Insurance

All international deliveries are subject to an insurance charge which has been included in the International Delivery charges.

Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time prior to acceptance and processing, but please note that orders for products that are held in stock will be processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.  You can cancel your order for any item in backorder status. 

 

Patience Warranty policy

Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd (Patience) guarantees for the entire range of Patience branded products purchased from authorised Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd retailers a global and full warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for a period of two years, beginning with the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident or maltreatment. All warranted defects will be either repaired pending feasibility or availability of replacement parts, or replaced or substituted with a piece of adequate value as determined by Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd (Patience). 

Returns, Replacements, Exchanges

 

·         If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please advise us by e-mail. You must return the goods together with your receipt within 30 days of invoice to enable us to process a refund.

·         Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd will not accept partial returns nor will it issue partial refunds.

·         To return your product, use the reverse side of your invoice to let us know why you decided to return your item(s) and your desired resolution (replacement, refund, or exchange) for each item.  

·         In case of substitution, it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same model, but a piece with equivalent value.  The warranty applies to current articles as well as retired articles. This warranty service is free of charge for customers at authorised Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd retailers and our Online shopping Website http://www.patiencebrand.com.au 

Providing this service also includes local service for articles purchased by consumers from the international market. Consumers and authorised Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd (Patience) retailers are asked to ship warranty claims in the original packaging and in a way which can be traced and should be advised to insure the article as Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd cannot be held liable for damage, loss or theft occurring during transport.    Please note that the Australian & International consumers are asked to ship warranty claims in the original packaging to the following address:

Repair

Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd advises against attempting your own repairs. Please understand that Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd cannot be held liable or responsible for self-attempted repairs. Customers can take advantage of the Patience warranty, under which all production and material faults are repaired or replaced free of charge. 

Repairing Patience consumer goods labeled products

For the entire range of Patience branded products purchased from authorised Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd retailers and our Online Shopping website http://www.patiencebrand.com.au  Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd  guarantees a repair, replacement, or substitution (this applies to Liuli Crystal Jewellery Range only) for damages not covered under the terms of the Patience warranty policy.  In the case of substitution (for to Liuli Crystal Jewellery Range only), it cannot be guaranteed that you will receive the same model.  You may instead receive a piece of equivalent value as determined by Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd.  All current articles are guaranteed a full repair service. For older articles this service is offered if the repair is feasible and if replacement parts are available.  This repair service is offered by Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd upon request and is not free of charge.  Repair charges will be based on the extent of damage and will be determined individually.  This service includes a local repair service for articles that you purchase from our authorised retailers and our Online Shopping Website http://www.patiencebrand.com.au .  Take the article for repair (in the original packaging) to your authorized Cycle P Liuli Classics Pty Ltd  retailer or contact our local sales office ( Tel 03- 98974742 )
